Sugar House Archives & Shred has the capability of on-site and at our facility computer hard drive and electronic media device destruction, including cd's, dvd's, magnetic tapes, x-rays, microfiche, microfilm, credit cards, audio and video tapes.

We will securely transport your materials to our dedicated shredding facility for destruction.
If you don't have your records stored in file boxes, no problem! We can deliver shred containers to your home or office, into which you can discard your material, in advance of your scheduled shredding date. We'll return when you are ready to have your materials destroyed.

Off-Site Shredding At Our Facility
Sugar House Archives & Shred also offers off-site shredding at our facility, providing a highly secure, lower cost alternative to on-site shredding at your facility. Sugar House Archives & Shred offers unparalleled expertise in paper handling as well as recycling.
Confidential materials are picked up at the customer's location and transported to our shredding facility. Although NAID standards require that all materials are to be destroyed within 3 business days of pick up, almost all loads are destroyed within 24 hours. The entire paper product shredded by Sugar House Archives & Shred is recycled.
Absolutely no expense has been spared in ensuring our shredding facility is the safest and most secure facility available. The barbed-wire fencing and locked gates around the perimeter as well as the state-of-the-art camera and alarm system on the interior are just a few examples of our commitment to security.
Regularly-Scheduled Rotation Service At Your Facility
Our security service representative arrives on a pre-scheduled date of service, collects and secures materials into locking security shred bins, and transports them directly to a mobile shredding vehicle. The hydraulic lift on the mobile shredding vehicle safely raises the security shred bin and securely deposits the material directly into the shredding chamber - without being touched by human hands.
Regularly-Scheduled Rotation Service At Our Facility
Our security service representative arrives on a pre-scheduled date of service, collects all materials via locking security shred bins, loads and secures the security shred bins onto our security vehicle, transports the load to our secure shredding facility where all destruction is completed. |
