After David became the sole owner of Sugar House Archives & Shred, he saw that there was a need for other services in Salt Lake City area, so he began diversifying the business which today includes: a Document  Management Division, a Document Shredding Division, a Media Storage and Rotation Division, a Scanning & Imaging Division, a Self Storage Division knows as AAA Sugar House Storage, a Freight Brokerage Division know as POD Logistics, and two Portable Storage Divisions know as PortaBox Storage and Pack N Store.

To help with the growing needs of the company, David's three sons Jonathan, Jason, and Jeff, have become part of the team of professionals to carry on James and Norma Greensides tradition of service excellence.

As a privately owned and managed Utah company, Sugar House Archives & Shred has provided the kind of flexible personalized service that competitors can't match. Today Sugar House Archives & Shred is the largest locally owned and operated Document Storage and Document Destruction facility in The Greater Wasatch Front area. National and International services is provided with our affiliation through the National Record Centers (NRC).
